The starting salary is 4,421 EURO gross per month plus benefits (13th month salary and contribution to the pension plan).

Summary of position:
The Contracting and Procurement Officer is responsible for the provision of procurement and contracting specialist advice and guidance and services for the acquisition of goods and services up to the delegated trade agreements thresholds as well as materiel management services to client missions; and the management of information and documentation of the service(s) in accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures.

Essential qualifications:

- Degree in commerce, business administration or a similar subject.


Significant work experience** in:
- An international environment or with international clients
- Procurement such as creating and amending contracts, developing and issuing competitive solicitations, managing contracts.
- With SAP or other Enterprise Management Software; Project Management or Procurement software; or databases or similar software
- Providing advice and guidance to clients (internal and external).

**Significant work experience is defined as at least three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7) years.

- Professional level (written and oral) of English
