Summary of position:
Under the general supervision of the Consular Officer and the Consul, the incumbent provides general and consular services information to visitors to the Consulate. The incumbent provides administrative and reception support to the consular and commercial programs. He/she controls access to the mission and directs telephone, email, mail, and fax inquiries as appropriate. Inputs passport application data into COSMOS and PMP. Supports the Consular Officer. Acts as back-up to the Administration and Consular Assistant during absence of the Consular Officer.

- Oral and written fluency in English, French and German
- Ability to communicate in all three languages (written and oral)

Education
- Mittelschule or Realschule degree, or equivalent

Experience
- Experience working with the public
