Summary of position:
Under the general supervision of the Coordinator – Assignment Division, provides client service, verbally and in writing, to assignment officers and employees going abroad; creates and maintains electronic files; contributes to the development of electronic tools; performs other duties as required.

Essential qualifications:
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

- University education from a recognized university or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in the field of Human Resources

- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a human resources-related field, and in providing support or administrative services such as data entry, preparation of HR-related documents, etc.

- General knowledge of practices, policies and procedures relating to administrative and human resources activities
- Knowledge and use of software for data management, spreadsheets, and word processing

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to provide information to clients
- Ability to organize workload and establish priorities
- Ability to work under pressure

Asset Qualifications:
- Proficiency in French (reading, writing, speaking)

- Bachelor’s degree in any Human Resources-related discipline

- Experience in the delivery of Human Resources services in an embassy, international organization, local government agency, or business process outsourcing company
- Experience in using a human resources information management system
- Experience in using HRMS Peoplesoft system

- Knowledge of basic software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Canada

Condition(s) of Employment:
The successful candidate must:

1. Obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance from the Government of Canada. This involves, among other things, criminal record checks, credit checks and validation of qualifications.

2. Meet the employer’s medical requirements by undergoing a medical evaluation by a physician.

Area of selection:
Open to Philippine nationals and expatriates eligible for a work permit, who are currently residing in the Philippines, who meet the Essential Qualifications listed below
