Summary of position:
The Common Services Assistant (CSA) provides daily administrative support and services, provides and creates information and/or documentation, provides support for ongoing program activities, responds to service requests from clientele, and performs other duties as required. This position primarily focusses on data processing and payroll duties.

Essential qualifications:

- Superior command of English is essential, including good written and oral communication skills

- University degree in business or a related discipline, or an acceptable combination of education and experience

- Experience in general administrative duties
- Experience in accounting duties, including payroll preparation
- Experience in dealing with clients


- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including an in-depth knowledge of Excel

- Experience working in a regional service center (BPO)

Fridays: 07h30-12h00

Condition(s) of Employment:
The successful candidate must:

1. Obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance from the Government of Canada. This involves, among other things, criminal record checks, credit checks, and validation of qualifications.

2. Meet medical requirements as defined by the employer and will be asked to undergo a medical evaluation by a physician.

3. Be able and committed to working additional hours as required, and on short notice, during evenings and weekends.

4. Be able to travel locally and/or abroad for work-related tasks/projects.

Open to Philippine nationals and expatriates with or eligible for a work permit, who are currently residing in the Philippines
