Summary of position:
Under the supervision of the Common Services Officer, provides reception and information services to callers and visitors to the Embassy. Controls access to the mission and provides support to the Administrative program.

Essential qualifications:
Essential Qualifications

Education
- Minimum Mittelschule or Realschule school leaving certificate, or equivalent

Language
- Oral fluency and good level of written English
- Oral fluency and good level of written German
- Good oral and reading comprehension of French

Experience
- Work experience in customer service

- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Good knowledge in internet research

Operational Requirements:
This is a part-time position (18.75hrs per week/3.75hrs per day)

- Flexibility to work either the morning (8:30–12:15) or the afternoon shift (13:15–17:00)
- Flexibility to work overtime on occasion

- Valid work permit for Germany at present
