Salary:
The starting yearly salary for this full-time position is 37,694 EUR gross and could increase to up to 51,914 EUR depending on employee performance. In addition, the employee receives a 13th month salary, will be entitled to 30 days of vacation per year, and will benefit of an employer’s contribution to the pension plan.

Summary of position:
Under the direction of the Human Resources (HR) Officer, provides HR services for over 100 locally engaged staff from Berlin for Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich. Performs a variety of administrative tasks related to personnel services for locally engaged staff, assists the HR Officer in recruitment and induction actions, supports the administration of LES benefits and performs other duties as required.



Essential qualifications:
Candidates will initially be screened on the essential qualifications below and must demonstrate in their cover letter/c.v. how they meet these criteria. Only those candidates who meet all the Essential Requirements and demonstrate this clearly within their application will then proceed to the next stage of the process.

The essential qualifications are:
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, apprenticeship (or equivalent) or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of recent work experience in Human Resources, including work experience in an international work environment, and work experience in organising and coordinating trainings.
- Professional level (oral and written) of German
- Professional level (oral and written) of English
- Oral and reading comprehension of French

Candidates must also meet the Rated Requirements shown below, which will be assessed through any of the following: cover letter, written test, oral communication, interview and reference checks.

The rated requirements are:

Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates who have the following asset qualifications. Candidates must also clearly demonstrate how they meet these factors in their cover letter.

The Asset qualifications are:
- Good level (oral and written) of French
- Knowledge of MS Visio

- Willingness to work overtime on occasion and on short notice
- Willingness to work on public holidays on occasion

Condition(s) of Employment:
- Ability to obtain an enhanced reliability clearance
- Work permit for Germany
