Summary of position:
Under direct supervision, provide multi-task clerical services to support office operations.

Essential qualifications:
SCREENING CRITERIA

Language: Fluency in English (reading, writing)

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

RATED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge:
- General office procedures and practices
- Computer software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet programs

Skills:
- Oral and written English communication skills to understand instructions and modify work as required
- Attention to detail and ability to concentrate in order to accurately enter information in electronic systems

Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates who have the following asset qualifications:

Experience: Employment or volunteer experience at a diplomatic mission or an international organization

Condition(s) of Employment:
The successful candidate must:

1. Obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance from the Government of Canada. This involves, among other things, criminal record checks, credit checks, and validation of qualifications.

2. Meet medical requirements as defined by the employer and will be asked to undergo a medical evaluation by a physician.

3. Be able and committed to working additional hours as required, and on short notice, during evenings and weekends.

4. Be able to travel locally and/or abroad for work-related tasks/projects.

Open to Philippine nationals and expatriates with or eligible for work permit, who are currently residing in the Philippines and who meet the essential qualifications listed below
